Cripple Creek Golf & Country Club

Two holes define the character of Cripple Creek Golf & Country Club, a private 18-hole course in Delaware, United States, designed by Algie M. Pulley and opened in 1984. Hole 13 is the course's classic par 3: a short iron to a large green caught between a pond on the left, wetlands on the right, and Indian River behind. Hole 17 is the one members call the most intimidating — a long par 5 with water running the full length of the right side and in front of the green. The layout plays to par 71 across 6,600–6,700 yards through marshlands, saltmarsh, ponds, wetlands, and trees. A PGA Head Golf Professional, Assistant Golf Professional, and PGA Teaching Professional are on staff for instruction, club fittings, and equipment. The pro shop supports equipment purchases directly. The clubhouse includes a formal dining room with cocktails overlooking the course and The Pub for casual and family dining with daily and weekly specials. A pool overlooks the 9th and 18th greens.
