Crail Golfing Society (Balcomie) is an 18-hole links course in Scotland, United Kingdom, designed by Old Tom Morris and opened in 1895. It is semi-private access. The layout plays across terrain defined by natural hollows, stone walls, shared greens, and bunker faces clad in old railway sleepers. The course has hosted the Battle Trophy. Rated 4.7 by 70+ Hole19 golfers, it sits among the more highly regarded links experiences on the platform. Practice facilities include a 9-bay driving range located 150 yards from the first tees, two putting greens, and a short game area with multiple revetted bunkers and a large contoured green, opened in 2018. The Balcomie Restaurant and Bar is open 9am to 9pm daily, with homemade pastries, tray bakes, and the course's well-known homemade sausage rolls on offer. A Pro Shop is on-site for check-in and arrangements.

Lovely clubhouse for a drink afterwards. Views stunning. Course in great condition. We’ll be back for sure.
