Country Club of Rochester

Country Club of Rochester is an 18-hole private course in Brighton, New York, designed by Donald Ross. The layout moves through upland terrain with uphill and downhill gradients, bunkers, trees, a creek, water hazards, and out-of-bounds corridors that define shot selection throughout the round. The club carries a notable tournament record. It hosted the 1953 First ever Women's Open sanctioned by the U.S.G.A., the 1962 U.S. Women's Amateur, the 1973 U.S. Women's Open, and the 2014 and 2016 American Junior Golf Association Rolex Girls Junior Championship. A Golf Professional and team are on site, offering lessons and on-course guidance. The clubhouse includes the Hunt Room.
