Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club (North)

Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club (North) is a private 18-hole course in Coto de Caza, California, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and opened in 1987. It has been rated one of the nation's top 50 private courses. The layout stretches to 7,228 yards, with barranca, bunkers, and narrow greens defining much of the challenge. Mt. Trabuco forms the backdrop. The opening hole is a par 5 where the tee shot carries over barranca with out-of-bounds tight on the right. An in-house Golf Academy provides private instruction, club fitting, group clinics, and camps. The 44,000-square-foot craftsman-style clubhouse includes multiple restaurants with scratch menus, the Craftsman Bar, and a fully stocked pro shop.
