Comanche Trace

Comanche Trace is a 27-hole facility in Kerrville, Texas, made up of three nine-hole courses set across the Texas Hill Country. The Creeks nine was designed by father-and-son team Jay and Carter Morrish. True to its name, creeks wind through holes one through five, shaping the character of the front portion of the layout. The fairways here are more generous in width compared to the other eighteen holes, and The Creeks offers some of the best long-range Hill Country views of the three nines. Like the rest of the course, The Creeks features bent grass greens with a consistent 0.5 to 1 percent slope, along with reliable bunkering and varied shot options. These shared qualities allow it to blend naturally with the original eighteen holes. The Clubhouse sits at the highest point of Comanche Trace, making it a prominent landmark across the property and a practical aiming reference on holes six and seven of The Creeks.
