The layout splits its character across two distinct nines: a links-style front nine and a residential-style back nine. Undulating fairways, curved holes, water carries, tricky greens, and ball-magnet bunkers run throughout both halves. Practice facilities include superb practice areas, with a short-game area where resident professionals host chipping and putting contests. Those same professionals can organise competitions and run pre-event sessions. Range balls are complimentary for corporate participants. The award-winning Player's Lounge overlooks the final fairway and 18th green. Lume Restaurant and The Sprig Bar and Cafe are on site, along with the Clearwater Golf Shop and conference facilities through Peppers Clearwater Resort.
