Cherry Blossom Golf Club

Cherry Blossom Golf Club is one of the most-played courses in Kentucky on Hole19, set within a 427-acre enclave of rolling bluegrass in Georgetown — just minutes from Lexington and an hour from Louisville or Cincinnati via I-75. Designed by Clyde B. Johnston, ASGCA, of Hilton Head, SC, and opened in 2001, the 178-acre championship layout stretches 6,866 yards from the back tees to a par of 72. It carries a course rating of 73.9 and a slope of 135 on Bentgrass. Golfweek Magazine ranked it the number one public course in Kentucky for seven consecutive years, from 2004 through 2010. Lane's Run Creek winds through the property, adding natural character to the round. Facilities include a full-service restaurant, swimming pool, driving range, and three practice greens.
