Champaign Country Club

Champaign Country Club is an 18-hole private course in Champaign, Illinois, playing between 4,997 and 6,424 yards. Designed by Tom Bendelow and opened in 1925, the layout features bent grass tees, fairways, and greens, renovated bunkers, ponds, and mature landscaped trees. The club has hosted the Women's Western Junior, Illinois Women's State Amateur, Illinois Men's State Amateur, Illinois Open, and American Junior Golf Association Invitational. Practice facilities include a range that doubles as a short game area, a putting green, a practice bunker, and a chipping and putting green, with private lessons available year-round. The 1,200 square foot pro shop carries equipment, clothing, shoes, and gifts. The restaurant serves hand-crafted cocktails, chef-curated seasonal menus, nightly dinner specials, family buffet nights, and a formal dining room with fresh seafood and prime steaks.
