It ranks 59th best course in Ireland. The layout moves through dunes and alongside a river estuary. Hole 4 is a par 3 of 200 yards with a railway line to the right and the Snake River ditch to the left. Hole 5, a par 5, runs alongside the River Bann estuary. A specifically designed short game area with a two-tier green, two bunkers, and chipping mats is available for practice. The clubhouse includes a Pro Shop, a bar serving a pint of the Black stuff after your round, and a restaurant with a wide-ranging menu in a spacious setting.
