Cameron Park Country Club

Hole 15, known as The Chute, sets the tone for what Cameron Park Country Club asks of its members: a straight tee shot threaded through a tunnel of trees, with no room for error. The private 18-hole course in Cameron Park, California was designed by Bert Stamps and opened in 1963. Narrow fairways, meandering streams, and stately oaks define the layout throughout. The course has hosted the 1973 Cameron Park Open, the 1974 Sacramento Union Ladies Classic, Champions Tour Senior Gold Rush qualifying rounds from 1996 to 2001, and U.S. Ladies Amateur qualifying in 2015. Practice facilities include a driving range with all-weather mats and targets, plus a dedicated short game practice area. The von Tillow Grill serves breakfast Friday through Sunday, lunch Tuesday through Sunday, and dinner on Wednesdays and Fridays. The Lookout Lounge provides a bar and grill area, and the clubhouse includes the Sierra Room, a dining room, a patio with course views, and an upstairs deck.
