Tee boxes are ok at best. Fairways aren’t kept too nice. Greens are good but fast. Range is terrible. Carts aren’t too nice. Clubhouse needs an update for sure.

Pace of play mid afternoon was a joke, started late had to leave after 4 hours, only made it to the 12th hole and didn’t even get to play that!
