Calderone Golf Club

A popular round among Hole19 golfers in Michigan, Calderone Golf Club in Grass Lake Charter Township draws attention for its links-style layout that opened in 2000 and stretches to over 7,000 yards across 18 holes. The course is hilly with undulating and sloping greens, bunkers, waste bunkers, heather, and a pond in play. Hole 2 is regarded as the toughest par 3 in Jackson County — playing up to 231 yards uphill into a shallow green tucked behind a deep front bunker. Hole 4, the number one handicap hole, is a long par 4 with pot bunkers. Hole 10 is the longest on the course and plays as a true three-shot hole. Professional club fitting, club gripping and repair, and golf lessons are available from Adrianne and Ken Clor. Clor's Outpost was ranked by Golf Digest as one of the top 100 golf facilities in the United States for custom club fitting services from 2013 to 2020. The clubhouse includes a large covered patio, sandwich and hot dog service, and event space.
