Fairway conditions are inconsistent and suffer from use as parking for Rose Bowl during college football season (Sept-Dec). Greens were in good shape but very firm (approach shots, chips and putts above the hole were very hard to control. Bunker sand depth was inconsistent. Fairways will need a couple of months (Jan-Feb) to recover from parking damage.
