Bromborough Golf Club

Bromborough Golf Club is an 18-hole parkland course in Birkenhead, England, stretching between 6,300 and 6,600 yards. Each hole carries its own named identity — from The Burn at the 2nd and Chalkley Woods at the 3rd to Moel Famau at the 12th and Hard Approach at the 18th — giving the layout a distinct character across the full round. The club has hosted a range of county and national events, including the English Amateur Matchplay Championship (2005), the English Men's Seniors Championship (2003), and multiple Cheshire county titles spanning strokeplay, matchplay, and foursomes formats as recently as 2025. It is rated 4.6 by 80+ Hole19 golfers. Access is semi-private. The clubhouse includes a dining area seating 60, with food served from 11.00am to 6.00pm or by prior arrangement. The bar runs from 11.00am to 10.30pm in summer and serves Cask Ale from Brimstage Brewery alongside wines and soft drinks. A snooker room with three tables, a private dining room for up to 32, and a function room for around 36 are also available. Car parking covers approximately 100 cars.
