Bridge of Allan Golf Club

Bridge of Allan Golf Club, designed by Old Tom Morris and opened in 1895, sits in Bridge of Allan, Scotland. The 9-hole public layout is defined by stone dykes, blind shots, crossing fairways, and a mix of uphill and downhill holes that reflect the natural contours of the land. The opening hole sets the tone: a 223-yard par 3 with a 40-degree uphill climb and a stone wall guarding the front of the green. The course was a finalist for Best 9 Hole Course in Scotland in both 2023 and 2024 at the Scottish Golf Tourism Awards. The clubhouse serves comfort food and soft or alcoholic drinks, and the space is available to hire for parties and events.
