A beautiful course with great fairways and greens. Very good layout too.

Rough is a bit ROUGH but greens and fairways are immaculate. Beautiful course.

First five holes are fairly compact but the course opens up after that. Well maintained from tee to green. Greens very fast. A bit more expensive than other courses in the area, but then you don’t get the crowds. We were comfortably around in under 4 hours. Would play here again.

Fairway had 6 blades of grass per square metre. I often ended up aiming for rough as I got better lies in there. The Astro mats looked more appealing than most of the tee boxes. In order to compromise for bland, boring holes, tee boxes were shoved between trees and snap hooks were the only shot that could find the fairway. The two par 5s cut lonely figures midday through the unimaginative back 9. Overall a round to forget.

Possibly the worst course I have ever played. However, the mud was incredibly firm and I’m sure the grass will grow through one day. The greens rolled true every 4th hole, I truly recommend Hilden Par 3 off mats as it has more potential and the greens have less faeces on them. Kind regards, Yours truly, Anonymous.

Nice setting, but an ordinary course in average condition. Great staff in the pro shop and good fitting centre.
