Up there near the top of my list of favourite courses, if it was private I'd be the first name on the list for a membership. You'll struggle to find better views on any other golf course in or around Edinburgh.

Municipal Marvel. This is Golf as it used to be,carved out of the landscape shortish holes by modern standards but protected by fierce gorse all around. The greens are fantastic considering the daily traffic of locals and tourist players. If you are fortunate to play here on a benine sunny day it would be hard to beat with the great views of Edinburgh city centre from above on various holes.
