Boscobel Golf & Country Club

Boscobel Golf & Country Club sits in the heart of Upstate South Carolina, close to Clemson University, and offers an 18-hole layout with genuine historical character. Designed by Fred Bolton and opened in the 1930s, the course was later refined by Russell Breeden across its rolling terrain of Bermuda fairways and bentgrass greens. Mature oaks and pines frame the layout throughout, giving it a classic feel alongside well-maintained playing surfaces. The course measures nearly 6,500 yards and plays to a par 71 from the men's tees and par 72 from the ladies'. One distinctive feature is its five par-three holes — one more than the traditional four — which adds variety and demands consistent iron play. Small greens put a premium on accurate approach shots, while water comes into play on just three holes.
