New owners are supposed to be doing a bunch of work, the course has a challenging lay out but had I known it was this bad we would have paid a little more and driven a little farther. 2025 might be better but the greens are unplayable almost

For the price the course was very nice. Greens and stairwells were in excellent condition. Some tee boxes need some love.

Not funded good so guessing why such a bad course. I can see the effort just not enough resources. Cheap for a reason.

The greens were so long it was like putting on shag carpet. Several greens had been mowed by a mower with a dragging blade, so there were score marks all the way to the dirt across the greens.
