Black Bear Golf Club

Black Bear Golf Club, a public links course in Florida, United States, was designed by P. B. Dye and opened in 1995. The layout runs 18 holes at par 72 across terrain marked by undulating greens, dramatic fairway elevation changes, and natural sand bunkers. Three holes carry names of their own: hole 5 (Do or Die), hole 12 (The Road Hole), and hole 18 (The Bear). The course has hosted US Amateur Public Links events, Canadian Tour events, Hooters Tour events, and East Coast/NXXT Women's Tour events. It is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Florida. Practice facilities include a double-ended driving range with TopTracer technology and six sets of range tees, a putting green, a 40,000 square foot short game area, and PGA Golf Instruction with one-on-one private lessons and tailored coaching. The clubhouse includes The Bears Den Restaurant, a full-service public restaurant open every day that overlooks the golf course, a bar with cold drinks, and a pro shop with merchandise.
