Solid layout, fairways are above decent, not perfect. Greens are mostly fast, some poanna and like two greens with bad spots. Overall, I’d play here any time because it’s a great layout. Hills, sand and water in challenging but not impossible spots. Not too narrow but not wide open. Can’t give it 5 and some people would say 4 is a little much but I like it

Course conditions are decent, but the rate difference from buying online vs at the desk is about $40. So $49 to buy on golf now but $89 if you call in and make a reservation. So be aware. It’s not an $89 course.
