Bawburgh Golf Club

Rated 4.6 by 80+ Hole19 golfers and one of the most-played courses in England on Hole19, Bawburgh Golf Club is a par-72, 18-hole park and heathland layout in Bawburgh, England, designed by Alan Barnard and Bert Kelly and opened in 1991. The course runs to 6,722 yards across an undulating landscape with views over the Yare Valley. The semi-private access means the course is open to visiting golfers alongside members. Practice facilities are extensive: a driving range with 28 covered bays, floodlit outfield, power tees, and TopTracer Range technology; two practice putting greens at the main clubhouse plus an 18-hole practice putting green at Norwich Family Golf Centre; a chipping area with bunkers; and teaching professionals available for lessons. The Glen Lodge bar and restaurant is open every day, serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and a Sunday carvery across a conservatory area and patio terrace. The bar stocks locally sourced gins and ales and opens daily from 8:00am to 6:00pm. The Peter Field Golf shop is on site, and the clubhouse also includes Woodland Rooms accommodation and a Suite with Hot Tub.
