Barbados Golf Club

Barbados Golf Club, a public links course in Oistins, Christ Church, has hosted the PGA Seniors Tournament (2003), the Barbados Open, and the Caribbean Amateur Junior Golf Championships. The layout stretches 6,805 yards across gently rolling hills with wide open fairways, two lakes, coral waste bunkers, and tropical surroundings. Hole 4 is rated the most difficult on the course. Hole 15 plays as a dogleg left tucked behind an ancient bearded fig tree, and hole 16 forms a local Amen Corner with an expansive lake and head-on wind. The par-72 18-hole round is rated 4.6 by Hole19 golfers. Practice facilities include a fully equipped driving range, a dedicated chipping and putting green, and the David Marshall Youth Academy offering private and group tuition from three qualified golf professionals. Mulligan's on the Green, the bar and restaurant in the eastern wing, is open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The pro shop stocks attire, shoes, headgear, balls, and accessories, with duty-free shopping available on new clothing items.
