Axis Ponte de Lima

Axis Ponte de Lima is an 18-hole, par-71 course in the Viana do Castelo District, Portugal, stretching 6,005 metres from the medal tees and opened in 1995. The front nine runs through hilly terrain with Lima valley and Minho countryside views, while the back nine levels out. Hole 3 is a par-5 of 662 metres from the medal tees, recognised as the longest hole in Europe. The course operates on a semi-private basis and is rated 4.5 by 100+ Hole19 golfers. Practice facilities include a driving range with lessons available and a putting green. The clubhouse has a restaurant, bar, golf shop, and equipment hire, plus a pool, saunas, terrace, and two tennis courts. Tournaments hosted here include the V Amigos do Golfe & da Boa Mesa and the Torneio de Golfe Hospital Santa Maria Porto.
