Atlantic Golf Club

Hole19 golfers rate Atlantic Golf Club among the most respected private layouts in the region, and the record backs that up. Designed by Rees Jones and opened in 1992 in Water Mill, New York, the 18-hole course plays across rolling hills through tall fescue. Golf Digest named it Best New Private Course on opening, and the Metropolitan Golf Writers Association named it Club of the Year in 2010. The tournament history is extensive. Atlantic Golf Club has hosted the 1997 U.S. Senior Amateur Championship, the 2010 U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship, the 2003 Metropolitan PGA Championship, the 2009 Long Island Open Championship, the 2019 Long Island Senior Open Championship, and three editions of the Hamptons Invitational Celebrity Pro-Am (2014, 2016, 2018), among others. A caddie program is available to members.
