Assoufid Golf Club, opened in 2014 in the Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz region of Morocco, has taken Africa's Best Golf Course at the World Golf Awards six times — in 2014, 2016, 2017, 2021, 2022, and 2023 — and has also been recognised as Best Golf Course in Morocco by the same body, as well as Best Golf Club in Morocco by Leading Courses in 2019 and Best Golf Experience in Morocco by IAGTO in 2020. Designed by Niall Cameron, the 18-hole, par-72 layout stretches to 7,042 yards across naturally undulating desert terrain with the Atlas Mountains as a backdrop. Hole 17 plays a tricky shot over the shaaba from an elevated tee. Rated 4.6 by 100+ Hole19 golfers. The clubhouse includes a Bar/Restaurant with elegant indoor and outdoor terrace seating, serving starters, main dishes, salads, and drinks. The Pro Shop stocks high-end merchandise from globally recognised brands, covering apparel, accessories, and equipment.
