Aroostook Valley Country Club, a semi-private 18-hole course in Fort Fairfield, Maine, has been part of the region's golf landscape since 1929. Designed by Howard Watson, the layout moves through rolling hills, valley views, and ancient forest. Three holes carry individual names: The International (hole 1), The Grove (hole 2), and Old Ironsides (hole 9). The club has hosted the St. John Valley Open, the St. John Valley Amateur Labor Day tournament, and a 1976 Pro-Am event. Practice options include a newly improved driving range and a large putting green. The clubhouse includes Steve's Golf Shop, a dining room with a great menu, and a spacious canopied deck.
