Description
Designed by David Mezzacane, Baldovino Dassù, and Brian Jorgensen, Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort opened in 2006 in Tuscany, Italy, and holds the distinction of being Marriott's first Italian golf resort. The 18-hole, par-71 layout stretches to 6,295 metres through Mediterranean vegetation and olive groves, with coastal inlets, lagoon views, and water hazards shaping play. Holes 2 and 13 both look out over the sea and the Orbetello Lagoon. The course has hosted the 82nd Italian Open (DP World Tour) in 2025, the Italian Challenge Open in 2024, and the Senior Italian Open in 2022. It received the Development of Golf Tourism award at the Italian Golf Awards 2026 and has been featured in a Golf Digest series. Hole19 golfers rate it 4.3, and it ranks as one of the most-played courses in Tuscany on Hole19. A driving range has been on site since opening. The Dama Dama Restaurant is featured in the 2026 Gambero Rosso Restaurant Guide. The Club House Restaurant is an informal bar and restaurant open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. A Pro Shop stocks golf equipment, clothing, and accessories.

Roberto LeporatiJune 06, 2023Campo molto ben curato. Complimenti al greenkeeper ed al suo staff. Segreteria gentilissima. Percorso non banale anche se senza particolari insidie. Necessita di essere giocato almeno un paio di volte per trovare la migliore strategia su alcune buche.

Sven-Patrick WoelckeJune 30, 2021Teilweise schönes Layout und sehr nettes Personal, tolle Terrasse mit umwerfendem Blick, deshalb 3 Sterne. Grüns leider in einem unterirdischen Zustand. Bälle springen auf den Grüns teilweise von Loch zu Loch, da wird putten leider zum Glücksspiel.
