Description
Arabian Ranches Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, designed by Ian Baker-Finch in association with Nicklaus Design. Built as a desert-style grass course, the layout moves naturally through sand dunes and open desert landscape. Many holes incorporate distinctive design concepts that take full advantage of the terrain. A two-year enhancement program completed in 2014 added new vistas while preserving the integrity of the original design. Stu ButlerMay 09, 2021Great course, wonderful greens but concrete bunkers (May 2021). Great reception, bag drop, ok driving range, good practice putting green. Tee boxes well kept, water coolers on every hole for refills (no single use plastic please). Fairways well kept and the best greens in UAE, I’ve played all the courses in the last 3 months. Only downside was the bunkers, hardly any sand, 1cm to concrete. Very delicate touch needed. Shot 82, not overly difficult. Pleasant course to play, good buggies, nice and friendly clubhouse. Strongly recommended course.
