Anthem Golf & Country Club (Ironwood)

Anthem Golf & Country Club (Ironwood) is an 18-hole championship course in New River, Arizona, designed by Greg Nash and opened in January 2004. Set against a mountainous Sonoran Desert backdrop, the layout features dramatic elevation changes, large undulating greens, multiple bunkers, and seven water features. The Ironwood Course follows a high-risk, high-reward design philosophy. Its most talked-about stretch is "Anthem Alley" — the 10th through 12th holes — three water holes that consistently test scoring. Nash himself singles out the par-4 10th, where regardless of where the drive lands, the approach to a peninsula green stands as one of the most demanding shots on the course.
