Ambassador Golf Club in Windsor, Ontario, Canada has hosted the PGA TOUR Americas BioSteel Championship in 2024 and 2025, along with a long list of provincial and national amateur events dating back to its opening year. Designed by Thomas McBroom and opened in 2005, the 18-hole, par-71 layout stretches from 5,300 to 7,000+ yards across Scottish/Irish-links terrain marked by fescue-lined fairways, aggressive bunkering, and dramatic fescue banks. Hole 6, a par 4 ranging from 329 to 489 yards from the championship tees, is the most difficult on the course. Hole 7 provides a full view of the layout from its elevated tee decks. Golf Digest named it Best New Course in Canada, and it has earned multiple value rankings from Score Golf and Ontario Golf Magazine. Practice options include a driving range and an 8,000-square-foot putting green beside the first tee. The pro shop carries apparel and accessories from top golf brands.
