Ground wasn't in the best condition and greens were very poor but a nice challenging course next to the river

Some renovation on the Manor at the moment meaning the course is in a poor state at the moment, hole 3 is not being played so re-do another hole to make 18. Hole 15’s green is temporary green and in port state. Lots of nice tree which used to line the lines been chopped down to the roots Not the greatest to be honest, won’t return for a while until its finished renovation
