Ainsdale Golf Course

Ainsdale Golf Course has hosted the Ainsdale Golf Classic Presented by Shoreline Power Group, giving this semi-private 18-hole layout in Ontario, Canada a competitive track record to match its design credentials. Designed by Fred Hulls and opened in 1972, the course plays to par 72 from a yardage of 6,442 yards at the championship tees, across rolling terrain on the shores of Lake Huron, with trees, water hazards, and sand traps throughout. A stretch of consecutive holes mid-round defines much of the course's character. Hole 5 is a risk/reward par 4 requiring roughly 300 yards to carry bunkers. Hole 6 stretches to 430 yards from the championship tees. Hole 7 is another risk/reward par 4 at just 290 yards. Hole 8 is a par 3 with a somewhat blind tee shot, and hole 9 is an uphill par 5 with water to the right. The Les & Joyce Jolley Practice Facility sits between holes 17 and 18. The clubhouse includes a restaurant with a patio featuring retractable sunshades, renovated starting in 2021, a banquet hall, and a golf shop offering customization and products from leading brands.
