San Luis Obispo Country Club

San Luis Obispo Country Club is a private 18-hole course in California, United States, designed by Todd Eckenrode and opened in 1957. The layout moves across rolling hills with vineyard surrounds, views of the Santa Lucia Mountains, and Pacific Ocean breezes shaping play throughout the round. Several holes stand out on the card. The opening hole is a long par 5 with a sharp dogleg left at 220 yards. Hole 14 is a par 3 with a lake fronting the green and a valley view behind. The 18th plays toward the clubhouse as a natural backdrop to the tee shot. A Golf Professional and Lead Instructor are available on site. The Mediterranean Clubhouse includes dining areas with views of the course and vineyards, seasonal menus built around sustainable, local, and organic ingredients, and an extensive collection of local and regional wines. Members also have access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, a pool, and bocce courts.
